- Manage and oversee social media accounts and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency throughout all channels.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure our content is relevant and engaging.
- Analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to amplify our social media presence.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages promptly and authentically.
- Organize and manage social media advertisements, monitoring budgets and effectiveness to maximize return on investment.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing the effectiveness of social media campaigns for executive review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategy.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
